I’m Virginie, a passionate and curious writer always looking for a story to tell. As a child, I loved creating stories in my head instead of sleeping. As an adult, not much has changed.

With my diverse background in filmmaking, business, and team processes, I have become an analytical and critical storyteller, always including personal anecdotes in my pieces to give everyone food for thought. I believe, as a writer, it is my responsibility to make people relate, inspire them, and change their perspective.

Things I am passionate about: challenging preconceived ideas, enhancing creativity in both individuals and teams, critical essays and sharing my learnings.
